I finally got off my butt and forced my doctor to take the first step to determine what in the hell is wrong with my right shoulder. I know I did damage to it all those years of throwing a baseball or softball improperly (I stopped my throwing motion instead of following through), but I think it's more than tendonitis in the rotator cuff, as diagnosed by a military physician.
So, I'm going to have an ultrasound and some x-rays done to see if there's more than just tendonitis. It's bad when you can't hold your hand above your head for more than 10 seconds.
Thankfully the pain and discomfort has never caused any problems with my golf swing!!
